Having obtained a degree in "Business Informatics" from Epoka University in 2021, Sildi's academic achievements are noteworthy. During his time at the university, he also demonstrated his strong leadership abilities by serving as the President of the Student Council for the 2020-2021 academic year.

Presently, Sildi is actively engaged in the establishment and foundation of the Ark IT Academy, a recent venture aligned with the company's vision and operations. This academy aims to cater to students and individuals seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Furthermore, Sildi consistently collaborates with the Human Resources department, playing a crucial role in expanding and nurturing the existing workforce in a conducive manner.
