Alban has a Master of Science degree in Informatic Engineering from Polytechnic University of Tirana. Since the early days of Ark IT, he worked as a fullstack developer, participating in all the phases of information system development cycle.  During his professional roadmap he played the designer, integrator, implementer, and deployment manager roles, in different information system development projects. He has builded up a deep knowledge and experience in analysing, developing and managing implementation of several IS projects based on EasyWeb Framework. 

His area of expertise includes Information & Case Management application profiles, being responsible for strategy and roadmap of respective generic products.
