Description of Approach and Services
EasyWeb Implementation Framework is a natural continuity of the EasyWeb conceptual Framework. If the conceptual framework provides the “problem” definition and solution guidelines, the implementation framework realises the solution. The solution consists in the preparation of IT working environment (to be finalized and provided through EasyWeb Deployment Framework) and collaborating people work places, providing infrastructure, tools, services and integrations, as appropriate for implementation stage and in the end for the productive stage (final deployment).
EasyWeb implementation framework approach is to iteratively and incrementally develop a complete IS product that is ready for transition to targeted organization. With base and driven by the “problem” definition, it starts with the process of configuration of EasyWeb based “templated product”, integrating the reusable components and services, available from Ark IT, partners, or third-party providers, with each Ark IT has already an integration experience. In parallel, the configuration and change management activities ensure not only the integrity of implementation process itself, but also prepare for changes within the organization, considering also change of business process due to presence of IS.
In a next step or phase, attention is paid to the integration of current systems or other systems from third party providers which are defined within the scope of IS.
Finally, the implementation stage prepares the IS for the Transition to the productive stage.

Ark IT adopted and combined the basic ideas behind these references. "The adopted Implementation Framework method supports the development of an Information System through repeated cycles (iterative) and in smaller portions at a time (incremental), allowing software developers to take advantage of what was learned during development of earlier parts or versions of the system. Learning comes from both the development and use of the system, where possible key steps in the process start with the baselined IS product extended with a simple implementation of a subset of the software requirements (not covered in baselined product) and iteratively enhance the evolving versions until the full Information System is implemented.
